Heavy Rain & Thunderstorms Likely For The Mid-Atlantic & Northeast This Weekend! DON’T FORGET TO SPRING AHEAD THIS WEEKEND!!!!

The severe weather that will be heading through areas of the Southeast will diminish as we head into Thursday and Friday. Then the second part of this event will begin with a prolonged period of heavy rain up and down the east coast. The heaviest rain should be up into Pennsylvania and New York With upwards of 5 inches of rain likely. With an already saturated ground and still a huge snow-pack over much of the north, flooding may be a huge issue. Widespread 1″ rainfalls are expected between today and thew Monday. The Good News is that after the rain ends Next Tuesday temperatures will still be fairly mild around the low 50′s and looking in the long range for next Wednesday thew Friday maybe another 3-4 days of 60′s and maybe sneaking in a 70 degree Day? We will see. We will continue to keep you updated with any severe weather that is and probably will occur.
