Hi Tressa. This is Adrian Oshon Howard Here. Well, it looks as if you guys are on the rain and snow line with this next March 2nd and 3rd, 2010 snowstorm. Rain and Snow is what looks likely for your area. But there is one issue, as I have said in other posts. The issue is where exactly is the track of this storm going to be at the time this storm arives in your area. If the storm is further north that anticipated, then you would get more rain than snow. If the storm track is on the course that it is now, then your area could see rain and snow mixing in and maybe a change over to all snow, but just snow showers at the time of the transition over to all snow. Again this is just a possibility, as the forecast of storms and the forecast track of storms do change. To add to this, the computer models have been all over the place in forecasting this storm, so I am forecasting rain and snow mixing in for your area on your Tuesday and Wednesday. There is still some uncertainty as to if there will be any snowfall accumulations in your area. But Stay tuned to The Weather Advanced Storm Team as Dante, Miller and Myself give you further updates. Thanks for your comments! They are greatly appreciated here at The Weather Advance Storm Prediction Center HD!

well, i have seen the models that have hinted at that, and I am not ruling it out. But as we transition into spring we will see more storms that have sleet, and rain mixed in with the snow, which will keep snow totals down. So a storm of that size this late in the year is still possible, like the super-storm of March 1993, but it will be hard to say if it will happen or not this early on. I hope this helps Denise. Take care :)

Rumors going around about a prediction of a 40+ inch snow storm for East coast (PA) in early March. Anyone else hear this or know anything?
Thank You

Well in certain areas it is possible. Check out the video on the left sidebar under the weather advance channel to see the city closest to you that has any chance of more snow. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. Take care. :)
